 
            Hot dogs
We teamed up with Jack's Meat Shack to create this delicious homemade hot dogs recipe, complete with walnut relish.

      What you'll need
      
  - 400g Co-op Irresistible pork sausages
- 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 4 hot dog rolls
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 gherkin, finely diced
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp gherkin juice
- 1 tbsp American yellow mustard
        Method
          
  
              Step 1.
            
          Preheat the barbecue to 200°C.
              Step 2.
            
          Heat the oil in a cast iron pan over the barbecue and fry the onion until golden.

Add the walnuts and sauté for a further minute.
              Step 3.
            
          Transfer the onions and walnuts to a bowl and mix in the gherkin, mustard, and gherkin juice. Set aside.
              Step 4.
            
      Cook the sausages on indirect heat, turning until evenly cooked. If you have a meat thermometer, make sure the internal temperature is at 75°C.

Serve in the buns topped with the walnut relish.
