Aperol spritz

What you'll need
- 100ml Aperol
- 150ml Co-op Irresistible Prosecco
- Co-op soda water, to top-up
- Ice
Method
Step 1.
Add several ice cubes to 2 glasses, then pour 50ml of Aperol into each.
Step 2.
Divide the measure of prosecco between the glasses.
Step 3.
Top up with the soda water, and enjoy!
Top tip
Garnish with a slice of orange to make it extra fancy.
